This is Tonkotsu ramen from Fukuoka, Kyushu.

Japanese Name: Men-To-Takumi Hakata Chuuka Soba Tonkotsu

English Name: Hakata Cyuuka Tonkotsu Noodle Men-To-Takumi

Here's the package. Cooked ramen photo is not on this package.

It is hard to image how taste it is.

I can read Hiragana and Kanji,

so I can find some attractive points of it as you can see as below.

It contains noodles and liquid soup, no garnish. It looks very simple ramen.

Noodles are stright type and non-fried.

On the back of the package, it shows how to cook this instant ramen.

The point is to cook the noodles and soup separately and 270cc of hot water for soup.

It contains pork and chicken extract.

Added an ramen egg, Chashu and green onion which went very good!



 

 



I recommend this product to pepole who don't like very rich taste tonkotsu.

I want you to know there are many delicious instant ramen!!

I love ramen! I eat instant ramen noodles every day.
Some people might ask, "Why would Japanese people rather eat instant ramen noodles when there are many delicious, authentic ramen shops right around the corner?" or "Aren’t instant ramen noodles only for when you don't have much money or when you don't really feel like cooking but need something to fill yourself up?" If you have those kinds of questions, you might not know enough about real Japanese instant ramen noodles yet.  Instant noodles provided by big companies are certainly not representative of all Japanese instant noodles. There are many more local tastes which have yet to be discovered throughout each region in Japan. 

I built our website(Jmyths.com) because we want to bring those local tastes, which have been loved for a long time, to both Japan experts and non-connoisseurs alike.
We send our Japanese local instant ramen noodles all over the world based on the following mantra: "Instant ramen noodles are one of the best inventions Japan has given to the world, and we are proud of them. There are many instant noodles that depend on traditional skills and there are companies who have been in business for a few hundred years. However, most of those companies are medium, small, and even micro enterprises. After the bubble burst, the market became an oligopoly of big grocery stores, and many small, local stores were forced out of business. Under these circumstances, local shops had to survive on virtually nothing and couldn’t compete with bigger companies in advertising their products. We found out that there are many instant noodles which wound up in this situation, so we thought we would introduce these local traditional noodles so that you could learn about the wonderful tastes they offer. These years, more and more visitors from overseas are getting more interested in Japanese instant noodles, especially our instant noodles, by visiting our webpage. We want to do our best and cheer up Japan from our local areas with big hearts and open minds.
