#2 Hieda's Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen (2 Serves)

April 1.2016 BY Japanese instant ramen shop owner Sakura.

This is Tonkotsu ramen from Fukuoka, Kyushu.
Japanese Name: Hieda no Hakata tonkotsu ramen (2 Serves)
English Name: Hieda's Hakata Tonkotsu Ramen (2 Serves)

Here's the package. It’s very attractive because it’s glittering shiny,
even though there are no food photos on it.
The description says “An expert in Ramen filed for 40years”
which is very intriguing wording.

It contains straight non-fried noodles, powder soup, liquid soup, garnish and cooking oil for soup.
The soup includes pork and chicken extract.

Cooking instructions for this instant ramen are on the back of the package.
Boil the noodles for 90 seconds in 500ml of boiling water.
Here is You tube how I cooked.

On the back of the package, they recommended adding toppings such as Chashu, red picked ginger, Nori seaweed. I added Chashu, chopped green onion, and a ramen egg.

This is the one to try if you like the rich taste of tonkotsu ramen.
, or if you like Ippudo or Ichiran, you must try it!!
