Ramen shop in Osaka,Mitsuboshi noodle making factory
April 6.2016 BY Japanese instant ramen shop owner, Sakura.
I went to a ramen shop for lunch today.
I was out of office and had a lunch on the way back.

It’s made by blending sardine, skipjack, mackerel,
or kelp stock with a thick pork-bone soup in the perfect proportions
to make a delightfully smooth “double-soup” or blended broth.
It has no fishy smell, and so it is a flavor that anyone and everyone can enjoy.

Shop name:Mitsuboshi noodle making factory
Access:About five minutes walk from Nishinakajimaminamikata station, Midosuji line.
