Let me introduce Capybara ramen noodles.

Japanese Name: Capybara Kateiyo ramen Yuzu Shoyu aji

My lunch today was Capybara ramen noodles. The flavor is Yuzu citrus and soy sauce, look at the Capybara printed on the package, it’s so cute. The manufacturer uses other adorable animal illustrations on the package such as giraffes, penguins and globefish. These animals have got nothing to do with their noodles, but the cutie Capybara is so cute that it makes you want to buy this product. The flour, soymilk and rice flour used in this product are 100% made in Japan.

There’s an instruction written on the back of the package. Boil 450ml water and cook them for two minutes, stop the heat, mix the soup in, serve in a bowl and it’s complete. I heard that this noodle can be fried to make fried noodles. Please note that there’s no sauce for fried noodles.

The inside of the package has a powder soup and noodle, the noodle is fried and curled.

The ingredients that I recommend are spring onions and a boiled egg for toppings, though the package had fried cabbage and meat written on it. The taste was nice and light, so for anyone who loves heavier noodles, it may be a little light.

This is perfect for someone who wants to enjoy a simple Japanese home ramen dish. It is also popular with women due to the cute package and the fresh citrus aroma.
